These basic policies are in effect because I respect your time and appreciate your business. I expect my time to be respected, also.
-A credit card is required to book online. If you do not have one, you may prepay by e-transfer.
-All payment is due at time of service.
-You are required to give 24 hours notice of a change or cancellation request.
-Same day cancellations may be charged a $25 fee, to the card on file.
-Please text asap to notify me, if you can't make your appointment that day, and I can let you know if it's possible to reschedule.
-If you are running late, text me asap. I may have other clients and be unable to accomodate you.
-Anything later than 10 minutes, with no contact, is considered a no show.
-If you no show (don't show up) your card will be charged 100% and you'll be required to prepay for your future tans.
-If you have prepaid tans and you no show, you will lose one tan.
